PRESENT AT THE WSHA CONVENTION! 

WSHA conferences are attended by 275-300 Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Professionals from Wisconsin and the upper Midwest. Presentation topics should fall within the following topic categories:

Based on suggestions from past conference attendees, the planning committee would be especially interested in sessions on the following topics in addition to many others

  • Technology, Technology, Technology - What is coming and how can it be used by SLPs and AuDs

  • Role of Technology in School Based Services
  • Stuttering
  • Collaboration Among Practitioners - Multidisciplinary Teams- Examples from the Field

 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
Each abstract will need to include two to three concise and complete learning objectives that describe what the learner will be able to do at the conclusion of the session.

 

EXAMPLE:
At the conclusion of this session, the participant will be able to:

  1. Understand the impact of fatigue on patients and society.
  2. Evaluate the cause of an individual patient’s fatigue.
  3. Develop patient specific treatment strategies for the treatment of fatigue.
