State Superintendent's Advisory Council on Deaf/Hard of Hearing Programs - Call for Nominations

Call for Nominations

Is someone you know (or you!) passionate about deaf education in Wisconsin, collaborative, and willing to share their voice? Please consider making a nomination for a three-year term to the State Superintendent's Advisory Council on Deaf and Hard of Hearing Programs. The meetings take place quarterly (fall, winter, spring, early summer) from approximately 9:30-3:30. The role of the Council is to advise the State Superintendent on issues and needs of students who are DHH, developing recommendations that will facilitate educational opportunities for students who are DHH, and receiving input from professionals involved in providing educational services for students who are DHH.

Council is currently seeking nominations for representation from:

·       Member at Large

·       Member at Large 

·       Educational Audiologist

·       Speech and Language

·       Educational Interpreter
