WSHA – StAMP Update regarding Proposed Medicare Payment Changes in SNFs

Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is proposing changes to the payment system for services provided in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).  This will have a major impact on current providers in these settings, including a decreased per diem rate that is being proposed for speech therapy.

Comments can be made to CMS regarding the proposed changes.  Please be aware of the following deadline and different ways to comment.

DATES: To be assured consideration, comments must be received at one of the addresses provided below, no later than 5 p.m. on June 26, 2018.
