Description: Speech/Language Pathologist St. Agnes Hospital Speech Therapy/Physical Medicine (#2008048). Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed speech therapy treatment programs. FTE .5 (20 hours per week); Monday through Friday 12:30pm-4:30pm with every 4th Saturday rotation (a.m.). Current State of Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathology License, ASHA Certification, once eligible (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association), BLS Certification or within 90 days of hire. Valid drivers license and proof of required insurance, if travel required.
