CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS

February 7-9, 2008
Marriott Madison West
Middleton, Wisconsin

The Convention Planning Team needs your help!  We are planning a tremendous program for you.  However, our Convention would not be able to function without the generous support of our many volunteers.  If you have volunteered in the past, we hope we can count on you again.  We always welcome new volunteers too!  No experience is necessary.  We will provide you with verbal or written instructions to help you carry out your duties.  In return for your valuable time, WSHA-P will:

  • Ensure a reserved seat and handout in the session(s) that you volunteer your time, if appropriate;
  • Acknowledge your volunteerism in the WSHA-P News Brief;
  • Provide you with a token gift.

Simply complete the form below or and check any and all positions in which you are willing to volunteer.  The Volunteer Committee Chair will contact you prior to the convention to inform you of your assignment(s).

If you have any questions, please contact Kristine Bayer, kbayer@familyhearingcare.net.
